Casting Opportunity

 

We are looking for talent OUTSIDE Kansas City for Direct Response TV ad.  Need a shorter, spunky, “Gramma type,” age 50 to 70 for pitchwoman.  Experience “pitching” is a plus.

Kansas City talent should apply through KC agent when this job is offered locally.

Pay is a $2,000 full buyout.  We will cover travel within reason.

Please video yourself reading the script (bottom of page) and do the gag with the leather jacket as best you can.  No need to memorize it, we looking for your personality and ability.  Remember, this isn’t acting!  You are selling a product. Give us your best “pitchperson!”  Words that describe your performance are spunky, believable, knowledgeable, forthright, and adorable.

We will need you to slate the video with your name, your contact info, and a VERY brief mention of your experience “pitching.”  Videos longer than 2 minutes will NOT be viewed.  Be sure we can see you!  You don’t movie lighting but we need to see your face and expression.

Be CERTAIN your name is in the title of the movie you send.

Audition script and directions:

(To begin, wear any kind of jacket with a zipper.  Leather would be ideal but not needed.)
