It is gratifying to have worked with many of the same clients over the years. We know them well and they trust us. That means a lot. We’re very pleased to say that we’ve worked with some of our clients for nearly two decades.

We take pride in all of the work we’ve done, but one piece is especially unique. Mike Judge is a comedy legend. Sometimes called a comic’s comic, he has created not one, but two legendary animated TV series. We were contacted by his agent and chosen as the team to produce the long-form infomercial that would be used to market and sell his famous “Beavis and Butt-Head” comedy series on DVD.

“Hands-on” as always, Mike envisioned the piece in this way: A live celebrity host (Billy Dee Williams) would interview the animated characters, and they would answer his questions. Long-form infomercials aren’t normally funny, but true to form, this one harnessed Mike’s humor in a very effective way.

It was an interesting project to create, and it was fun to meet and work with Mike, but it was an honor to discover that Mike himself played a critical part in selecting Producers Direct as his team. Knowing that Mike Judge—and his two friends, Beavis and Butt-Head—and his parent company, MTV, could have requested any company they desired to produce their infomercial, we feel especially proud that they chose us.
